Threat Assessment Strategies

In this session we will be discussing best practices for identifying and assessing threats to school safety. This includes threats of harm to self or others, intervening appropriately and mitigating harm. Prevention is the key! This session will discuss evidence-based programs in which there is a formalized process to determine the level of threat, an action plan is created, and disciplinary actions can be restorative.
