2019 Utah Rural Schools Conference

This presentation will focus on how to access, understand and utilize new statewide assessment results in the Utah State Board of Education’s Data Gateway system. We will also share proposed updates and changes to Data Gateway, and how educators can use new assessment data to inform instructional practice. This session will employ hands-on activities and group discussion to foster engagement and knowledge of data literacy, interpretation, and data-driven instruction. Classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and school and district leaders are encouraged to attend. Participants are encouraged to bring a personal electronic device with a web browser and internet access to fully participate in this session.
