Expert teachers approach their lesson planning in similar ways. Unfortunately, even expert teachers find it hard to explain how they get the most out of students year after year. Research shows that most teachers have received training on planning and instruction that is vastly different from the real world of the classroom and very much disconnected from what expert teachers do. This presentation will show how teachers can use Patterns of Interactions to get the most out of students AND not have to live at the school.
