WTF-What's the Function?

Behavior is communication, it happens for a reason and it has a function (WHY the behavior is happening and WHAT is the child receiving from it). We will use real-life scenarios and collaborate as a group to learn how to identify the function of problem behaviors. We will discuss how to match appropriate evidence-based interventions to the function to increase desired behaviors.
